****COMPUTER UPGRADE CHANGES AND ENHANCEMENTS****
The Credit Union made some changes to the computer system on Monday, December 7, 2009. You will notice the following changes and enhancements effective immediately:
Telephone Access System (TAS)
In addition to calling 251-435-5901 to access TAS, you may now call the toll-free number 866-901-7282.
On-Line Branching- Home Financial Services (HFS)
HFS is now real-time. Any transactions you complete will be immediately posted to the on-line system.
Also, some members have experienced some problems with their passwords not working properly. Starting last Monday, the passwords became case-sensitive. For example, if you originally entered the password you picked on the form in lower case letters, it is now necessary to use lower case letters. If you are experiencing problems signing on, please call us at 251-435-5900 or email us at theinfirmaryfcu@infirmaryhealth.org.
ACH/Electronic Credit Processing
Due to the fact that our computer processor will now be processing our ACH files for us, ACH/Electronic credits will be posted by 7:00 a.m. on the effective day of the credit. Infirmary Health System payrolls are normally effective dated for Friday of the pay week. Therefore, we are anticipating direct deposits to be posted by 7:00 a.m. on Friday. We receive many credits from many different companies. If you have any questions about what day your payroll is going to post, you may call us or the company from which you are expecting a credit.

GOOD NEWS!!! NEW THOMAS HOSPITAL BRANCH OFFICE HOURS
Beginning April 6, 2009, we are extending the hours at our Thomas Hospital.Branch!!
The office is located between the main entrance and the cafeteria.
Office hours are:
Monday - 8:30 am - 5 pm
Wednesday - 8:30 am - 5 pm
Friday - 8:30 am - 5 pm
We hope our new hours will make our branch more convenient for our members! Our phone number at the Thomas Hospital Branch is 251-990-1413.
Infirmary West Employees!
A representative from the Credit Union is at Infirmary West every Thursday from 2 pm – 5 pm. Our office there is located on the 3rd floor by Human Resources. The phone number is 251-660-5194. Also, both ATM's located at Infirmary West are surcharge free to members of our Credit Union.
BILL PAYER
BILL PAYER- An extension of our Home Financial Services Package, you can now pay ALL your bills on-line, electronically with this service. You can pay single bills, recurring bills, and schedule when you want them to be paid. You can also view the history of your payments as well. Just think, no more checks, stamps envelopes or rushing to the mailbox. Now you can do all this from the comfort of your home or office or anywhere you have internet access. We offer MasterCard debit cards! The card operates as an ATM card as well as a point-of-purchase card anywhere MasterCard, CIRRUS and PULSE are accepted.

Internet Account Access
Now checking accountholders can have access to their accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by using Home Financial Services!
After you have signed up at the Credit Union office, click on the Home Financial Services image in the upper right corner to access the sign on screen. Enjoy this free, easy to use service!
